Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control may prevent or delay deliver. We'll inform you of any changes or problems with your delivery. 6. Satisfaction Guaranteed! If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
