I have never in my life, anywhere in the country, experienced the level of personal customer service that I have here. I received phone calls when there were questions, a picture of my actual arrangement and they bent over backwards to be accommodating when my recipient was out of town for a week. I order valentine's day flowers for my best friend. I live in Pennsylvania. The experience of ordering online was great. They sent me a picture of the arrangement when it was done, and she sent me a picture of the flowers thanking me. They were beautiful!
