If I could give 13 stars instead of just 5, I definitely would. I’m a repeat customer, and Perfect Petals ALWAYS creates an arrangement for my wife that far surpasses my expectations. They’ve been willing to create arrangements based on specific colors and flowers my wife likes, and that’s something you just don’t get at the chain stores. I’ll continue using Perfect Petals for years to come!

Perfect Petals showed great customer service and got our order out the same day, even when I called at 11:00. They also sent me a photo of the final product and put an extra touch of a beautiful ribbon bow on the vase. The arrangement is beautiful too! side note to PP: In general, you did a beautiful job arranging! I guess I just wish the rust-colored gerbers were not added - they looked like Fall. I was thinking the added color would be yellow. But it does look beautiful, and I'm sure the receivers will be pleased. Thank you!

I ordered these beautiful flowers for my mom on her birthday! I added a balloon and chocolate malt balls. When you order, you have three options for the arrangement. You can go with the standard (bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured), deluxe (which is listed as the most popular and says additional flowers will be added to enhance the bouquet) or the premium (we will add more blooms and select the highest quality flowers we offer in this style). I chose the Standard bouquet and couldn't have been happier with the flowers she received. The bouquet was full, fresh, and absolutely stunning! I can't imagine what it would've looked like if I would've upgraded as I don't know how it could've been any more beautiful! I also loved that I received an email with a picture of my actual order so I could see exactly what her individual bouquet looked like. I also received an email letting me know that the flowers had been delivered. Overall, I was extremely happy with my purchase from Perfect Petals and plan to recommend them to anyone looks for a florist! PERFECTION!
