A great experience! My order was delivered like how it was pictured. Great quality, great design. The online experience was good as well. I don't live in the Derby area, so ordering online was great. I even contacted the shop to have a correction on the card. So nice and accommodating. I'd recommend this florist to others. That is the opinion of a former florist from years gone by.
