The Birdsong arrangement is a beautiful, artistic bouquet. Perfect Petals delivered the arrangement with care on my mother’s birthday. She was out of the house, and they called me before leaving the arrangement unattended in the winter temperatures. Perfect Petals offered to deliver the bouquet later, but I assured them that my mother would be home shortly. She loved it! I look forward to working with Perfect Petals again in the future.

Brett called me from Derby and I'm in California he let me know that they had attempted delivery a couple of times to the people I was sending flowers to and that he would continue to attempt delivery until they were properly delivered he would keep the flowers fresh and if need be replace flowers that were not fresh in the arrangement with fresh ones it was probably the best customer service that I've ever experienced in my whole life it was that old hometown feeling customer service with a phone call and a positive attitude I highly recommend this company.

Perfect Petals did not disappoint! This is my second time using them and both times they've exceeded my expectations! I love that they send you pictures of the actual arrangements that they'll be delivering and they notify you when it's been delivered. Such amazing service!
