The flower designs we created for Zach and Madi's wedding called for lots of flair.
Madi, a cake artist by day, is also a Fire Arts Performer by night with the Phlox Fire Troupe. Yes, that's her breathing that wall of flame in this picture!
In keeping with her fiery nature, Madi had some ideas that would bring an exotic and playful flavor to her wedding.
Working closely with her throughout the planning and design, we helped bring her vision to life with a combination of live flowers and add-on props. To help keep costs down, Madi went shopping with us at local stores to pick out non-flower portions of her bouquet. Then, with a little imagination and some hot glue, an absolutely stunning bouquet was born!
For her centerpieces, Madi brought us some durable plastic popcorn boxes. Adorning them with hydrangea, lavender thistle, pink lilies, and daisies, the table settings created a fun and light-hearted atmosphere.
For the flower girl and other small children, top hats were embellished with live flowers and knick-knacks for a theatrical flourish. The kids loved it!
To complete the whole picture, the guests were encouraged to attend in their best performance attire ;)
